What Gets Taught
The skills you already have are the AI skills. If you have onboarded someone, you know how to set up an agent. If you have managed a team, you know how to delegate to one. If you have rolled out a system that nobody used, you know what adoption actually takes. The terminology is intimidating or distracting. The work underneath it is not new.
Every session, lesson and course is built from that. Nobody leaves with a tool recommendation. They leave able to describe a process, hand part of it to an AI, check the result, and know where the human stays. The free tools on the Build page teach the same method without a class.
