HR strategy and execution for an AI-enabled organization.
Sean Glennon, former Global VP of Human Resources, in the room with your leaders and your team. Not the strategy deck. The part that comes after it.

The first meeting is not about AI
Our first meeting, we're not going to talk about AI. We're going to talk about your team. If you could unlock the capacity of your people, where would you do it? Which process does everyone hate? Where does work pile up because one person holds the keys?
Most organizations are doing it backwards. They stand up an AI committee, pick a tool, and then look for a place to use it. The successful ones start with the work, pick one process, pilot it with the people who do it, learn, and expand. You wouldn't buy Salesforce and have everyone go figure it out.
This is process consulting. Rewire just speaks the language nobody else is speaking right now.
Who Sean Works With
Who Sean works with, and what each room walks out holding.
Executives
You just got handed AI, or you handed it to someone and nothing happened. A half-day with your leadership team that ends with a plan you own: which processes, which people, what order, what it should cost. Executive coaching for the leader who wants a thinking partner through the first year, not a vendor.
HR leaders and teams
HR has been fighting for a seat at the table for decades. There's a new table now, and nobody has decided who sits at it. HR already knows how to do this work: adoption, change management, org design, process ownership. A session or a pilot that puts HR in front of the AI conversation instead of behind it.
Managers
Describe the work. Delegate it. Check it. Know where the baton passes. That was the job before AI and it is the job with it. A pilot that takes one team through one process end to end, so they can run the next one without Sean.
How an Engagement Runs
Four steps, in the order a buyer should take them. Nobody starts at step four.
A half-day with your leaders. The plan after the AI committee ends. Who, what, in what order, and what it should cost you.
A pilot. Four to six weeks, one process, the people who do the work. They run it. Sean coaches. You keep what gets built.
A program. One phase at a time, scoped from the pilot, priced in writing. Never from a page.
Coaching. For the executive who wants Sean on call through the first year.
Builds happen inside an engagement, not instead of one. If a pilot needs a tool, Rewire builds it, your team owns the idea and uses the result, and the price is in the pilot's scope. Rewire does not sell custom software to organizations on its own. The room is the work; the tools are the proof.

Who Is in the Room
Sean Glennon spent twenty years on the people side at some of the world's best companies, most recently as a Global VP of Human Resources leading four business lines in nine countries. He has never written a line of code. He runs a software company with no developers.
Six of his last eight corporate jobs did not exist before he was in them. That is the shape of most AI work right now: the role is new, the answers aren't in the back of the book, and somebody has to go first.

Bring one process your team hates.
That is the whole first meeting. Ignore the AI. We start with the work every time.
