What does Rewire provide clients?

Three things. Lead: Sean in the room with your leaders and your team. Teach: the same ideas taught, from a one-hour talk to a Maven course. Build: apps and agents Rewire built once so you can use them without a meeting. The order says how much of Sean is in it.

Do you build custom software for companies?

Only inside an engagement. If a pilot needs a tool, Rewire builds it and your team owns the idea and uses the result. Rewire does not take custom software projects on their own.

I have an app idea. What happens?

Start at My Rewire Apps. Describe it. The builder asks the questions a good builder would ask and writes a plan. The plan is free, and Rewire reviews every plan before anything is built.

What is an agent?

A set of instructions, written the way you would onboard a new hire, that runs inside the AI you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. In Claude, membership agents install through the Rewire connector and Rewire keeps them maintained and updated. Everywhere else, you download the file once and load it yourself; it stays as it was the day you downloaded it.

Do I need a paid AI plan to use an agent?

Not always. It depends on where you run it. Claude: works on the free plan, which allows one custom connector, enough for one Rewire pack. ChatGPT: building a custom GPT needs a paid plan; on the free plan, paste the agent file into a chat. Gemini: Gems are free; load the agent file into one. Copilot: building an agent generally takes a Microsoft 365 work account, so check with your IT team; in personal Copilot, paste the agent file into a chat.

What does it cost?

Apps, agents and memberships show their price on the Build page, and the HR agents on the HR Agents page. Sessions and pilots show a starting price on the Lead page and are quoted in writing after the first conversation. Programs are never priced on a page.

Can I get a refund?

30 days, any reason, on every app and membership. Agents bought as files: once downloaded or installed, no refund.

What happens to my HR agents if I cancel?

In Claude, you keep all the work you've done, but the agents will no longer be active or updated going forward. Agent files you downloaded for other AIs stay as they were.

Is my data sold or used for ads?

Rewire is ad-free and does not sell your data to third parties.

Who is Rewire?
